Consistency

Buyers market. Now is the time where buyers can negotiate pricing

What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone considering investing in real estate in Miami? 

The time is always now. Later you might not find the property you wanted at the price it was selling for

What's the strangest request you've had from a client?

Asking for almost 100k price reduction 🤦🏽‍♀️

What's your favorite neighborhood in Miami, why?

Coconut Grove. Beautiful neighborhood, family oriented, still close to all entertainment. Great restaurants and venues

What's the biggest sale you’ve had to date?

Multi family property- 1.7M cash, closed in less than 2 weeks!

What advice would you give to anyone considering starting a real estate career in South Florida? 

Stay focused and consistent. Be ethical. There’s room for all of us to succeed
